God’s Plans Are Good

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:11

Uncertainty can make us anxious about the future. We worry about what might happen, what we may lose, or whether we will make the right choices. Our minds often race with “what ifs” and “maybes,” leaving us feeling uneasy and restless. But God offers a different perspective—one rooted in faith, hope, and trust.

He assures us that His plans are good. Even when we cannot see the full picture, God sees the beginning, the middle, and the end. He knows what we need, what challenges will shape us, and what blessings He has prepared for us. His plans are not random or accidental; they are carefully designed with our good and His glory in mind.

Trusting God’s plans brings peace that goes beyond understanding. When we surrender our fears and uncertainties to Him, we are able to rest in the truth that He is in control. We may not know the outcome or understand the timing, but we can trust the One who does. God’s guidance is faithful, His wisdom is perfect, and His love never fails.

Even when the path ahead isn’t clear, we can move forward with confidence. Each step we take in faith becomes an opportunity to grow, learn, and witness God’s goodness at work. Anxiety may still come, but God’s peace has the power to steady our hearts and calm our minds.

Remember, God is always ahead of us. He is orchestrating circumstances, opening doors, and closing the ones that aren’t right for us. Trusting Him doesn’t mean life will be easy, but it does mean life will be purposeful, directed, and filled with His presence.

When uncertainty comes—and it will—choose to rest in God’s promises. Let His assurance replace your worry, and let His plans guide your steps each day.

Prayer

Lord, help me trust Your plans for my life. Give me peace as I place my future in Your hands. In Jesus name, Amen.
