God Is With You Even in Waiting

“The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.” — Lamentations 3:25

Waiting is one of the hardest parts of the faith journey. We wait for answers, for healing, for direction, or for prayers to be fulfilled. In the waiting, it can feel like God is silent or distant—but Scripture assures us that He is still present and actively working.

God’s waiting is never wasted time. While we wait, He is strengthening our faith, shaping our character, and preparing us for what is to come. What feels like delay is often God’s divine timing, carefully unfolding for our good.

Waiting teaches us to rely on God rather than rushing ahead in our own strength. It invites us to trust His heart when we cannot see His hand. Even when nothing seems to be happening, God is moving behind the scenes in ways we cannot yet understand.

If you are in a season of waiting, take heart. God has not forgotten you. He is walking with you, sustaining you, and drawing you closer to Himself. The waiting season is not a sign of abandonment—it is an invitation to deeper trust.

Prayer:
Lord, waiting is hard, but I choose to trust You. Help me remain faithful and hopeful as I wait for Your timing. Remind me that You are with me and that Your plans are always good. Amen.
